I · Scutera Entry, the service

Your entries, run for you

Available in the Philippines only, for now

We open your competition and run its entries. Couples and coaches enter on their phones; our registrar and team check every document and every payment, and answer the coaches. You hear where everything stands.

    No app, no password

    A code by email, on any phone. Saved as they go, and back later with the code to see or change it. A coach enters a whole team at once.

    Only the events they may dance

    WDSF age groups by the year they reach the age, the national grades, and the dances each one dances. The fees counted as they pick.

  3. 03

    Proof of age, read automatically

    The birth certificate’s name and date of birth, read on our own server and confirmed by our registrar. Never sent to an outside service; kept encrypted, every opening noted.

  4. 04

    Paid online, confirmed at once

    GCash, Maya, QR Ph or a card, on PayMongo’s secure page. The entry is confirmed the moment it is paid, with its back number, kept all series long.

  5. 05

    When entries close

    Big events split into brackets, drawn fairly. A running order proposed at WDSF’s pace, for you to agree. Then one file into Core, with nothing typed twice.

    A tie at the cut, a recall to change: asked on their device, answered with their PIN, kept in the log.

    Results, rankings and the running order as clean PDFs, for the notice board and the federation.

Marked in one hand. Approved in another.

Crosses for the rounds, places for the final. Sign stays greyed until the marks add up, then each sheet is signed with the judge’s own PIN. A phone that drops off the Wi‑Fi keeps its marks and sends them when it is back.

Every result waits for their approval, each place shown with its reason. What the rules leave open is asked of them, and answered with their PIN. Every decision kept in the log.

The whole hall, on every screen

Up to four floors and the LED, run from one console: what is dancing, what comes next, who is through, and the moment the winners take the podium. Every heat, recall and result arrives from Core the moment it is ready.
